Peter Nygard, the failed clothing manufacturer from Winnipeg*, Canada, has a court date for the first of three criminal trials for historic sex abuse and confinement charges.

He didn’t show up in the Toronto court last night, (Canadian day) nor did any of his attorneys but prosecutors did and a trial date of Sept 11, 2023, was set.

I’ve been sitting in on his various court appearances since he was arrested in Dec 2020 in Canada.

Occasionally he shows up via zoom from jail and while his hair looks a hot mess he does look healthy despite his 81 years.

He was in the hospital wing for awhile but I’m not sure if he has been transferred back to general population yet.

At least in Toronto he doesn’t have a phone in his cell. The crown has alleged that while in Winnipeg he had constant access to a phone and was allegedly hassling potential witnesses, including his own relatives.

When he has been in court he stares defiantly at the camera and scribbles endless notes. Some huffing and puffing behind the mask when he is spoken about.

During an early appearance he yelled at some Zoom participants to mute themselves, calling them out by their zoom names. In my opinion that was a calculated move by him to intimidate survivors. Since then he has been quiet in court.

There are several publication bans on the Toronto and the Montreal cases (Montreal’s trial date is yet to be scheduled) but that’s to protect the identity of the survivors which is standard in Canada.

A few months ago during one court break his son Kai spoke to him, calling him Dad, and Nygard totally blanked him. After that the court muted Kai. But the survivors loved it and I wished I had a big bowl of popcorn.

As yet, no charges have been laid against him in Winnipeg. This is where his business was run from, this is where some of the earliest allegations of rape are from. It’s appalling that charges have not been laid there but survivors say a charge for one is a charge for all.

After the Toronto and Montreal trials he will be extradited to the US where the SDNY have a slew of criminal charges against him after a raid in early 2020 on his Times Square home and office. There are also civil cases pending in the US, with more than 50 does (including two of his own sons) which will happen after all criminal matters have been heard. Plus there are investigations happening in the Bahamas.

There are so many parallels with the Epstein case.
Yes he allegedly groomed girls and young women, he allegedly lured girls and young women with promises of modeling, education help, dental costs, and he allegedly took advantage of girls from poor socio economic demographics just like Epstein did.

He also allegedly has a heap of enablers, many of which were also survivors who he groomed to work for him – in Canada, the Bahamas and the US.

He also had private planes (one with a stripper pole) and a Caribbean resort hidden from prying eyes.

And he also was allegedly an opportunistic rapist. There are allegations of him visiting his clothing stores, his manufacturing plants and assaulting and raping women he found alone.

Some of these allegations also feature other staff members walking away while he did this! He also allegedly attacked women who worked for him while on business trips throughout Europe, Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia.

Nygard staffer Clinton Regis Wunderly is also a plane mechanic, a winner of several Don Johnson look-alike competitions.

During one of Nygard’s bail hearings after his 2020 arrest I sighted Wunderly in the court!

There are hundreds of survivors with many, now adult women, still coming forward.

While the court date may seem so far off it’s important that discovery (evidence) is collected properly and Nygard given every opportunity to defend himself so he can’t argue for a miss trial. Even though we know he will.

Another Epstein connection is that he was also a great mate of Prince Andrew!

His own business website featured photos of him and Andrew walking through his Nygard Cay resort and a holiday snap of Fergie and the princesses with Nygard.

A holiday where Prince Andrew travelled separately from his ex-wife and kids as Lisa and I believe he was over on Little St James before joining them at Nygard’s.

Of course all these photos were removed from his website during the great internet scrubbing that Lisa Mclean and I watched happen in real time just days after his New York premises were raided.

And it’s Cymberly Espinosa 53, who in October last year was named in a story about a survivor, Jennifer Arose. Yeah. She came forward claiming that when she was 14, she was basically lured into the Epstein New York mansion.

So she’s filed a case against the Epstein estate. Cymberly is named in an amended complaint as a former executive assistant to Epstein. Now simply was employed by N E S company, which was also owned by Epstein.

Allegedly she used to ring Jennifer to schedule dates with Epstein and would meet her at the house. So our wonderful sleuth was checking and looking at her work associates or people who were associated with her.

Now she came across a name and she sent it through to me going, Oh, look, this has to be a fake name. And I’m like, Oh yeah, it’s a bit weird.

And then she came back, this guy worked for Peter Nygard and it was on the sleuth’s list.

And we were both going through all the info we could find about Clinton Regis Wunderly and just to help protect us with Australian defamation laws. We don’t suggest he’s done anything wrong. No, not at all. Not at all.

But he’s now got a profile up on Casting 360.com as an aspiring actor. And he’s actually won three, Don Johnson look alike competitions.

Now let’s see Clinton. He’s, you know, five, 10, about 170 pounds. He looks pretty fit.

He writes in his Casting 360 profile that personal assistant and chief flight engineer for Peter Nygard. Now he has said he worked with an international fashion designer and participated in several Peter Nygard hosted fashion shows. Interesting.

So we did some diving and he used to work as like a plane engineer, tech repair guy, not a pilot, but the technical side of it. And so he’s originally from Florida and there’s photos of him on a private plane, definitely. And with people in flight uniforms.

And so he’s also worked as helicopter crew, chief United States, army elite search and rescue teams.

A power plant technician, flight engineer on a Boeing seven 27 and Lockheed L 10 11, and he’s logged thousands hours flying internationally and has been responsible for safety and wellbeing of high ranking officials and dignitaries, top level company executives, and even some prominent Hollywood figures during executive VIP air charter operations.

Now this is what he has written on his profile for Casting 360 and right down the bottom here was the bit that sentence looking.

I have held other positions such as a personal limousine driver for a prominent Florida executive.

And we found some addresses for him that are rather interesting. Now in September, 2007, he lived at four, five, seven Madison Avenue, New York. Now who owns that? It’s an Epstein house. Was that the model house? No, it’s. That was on 61st street. That’s right.

But it’s strange because simply lived there in December, 1999, the executive assistant for Epstein lived in the same address. Now Clinton also has April, 2011 at a St James address in the Virgin islands. Really? Yes, it’s listed.

St Thomas Virgin Islands. So I Googled that address and it’s used as the mailing address for Little St. James Island. So we got the shipping logs of all the stuff that has been sent to the Epstein Island based on this as well.

Cymberly uses that as her mailing address. Clinton used that as his mailing address also in April, 2011.

Now I super sleuth also found a raft of email addresses for him. So I did the right thing and I sent an email to all these addresses of the four, three have bounced back as not working. One went through. So fingers crossed. I’ve just asked him, would he like to come on the pod and talk about his experiences working for incredibly rich and powerful men and what it was like on Little St James.

We are not saying he is involved in anything, like so many people who have been caught up in Epstein, they worked for him, or they were seen at social situations. We’re not pointing the finger at him at all.

Doesn’t mean he knew anything of what Epstein was doing. He may not have known at all, but he was also a limited driver in full him. So, and there’s plenty of Florida addresses for him. So, you know, Clinton, you know, give us, I wonder if he talks like Don Johnson.

So we have found a direct link between these Nygard and Epstein men, other than Prince Andrew and an employee.

Imagine what his CV might be. If you know, you’re applying for a guy like, no, I got, Oh yeah. One guy. There have so many good stories. I just hope he can talk.

Now I’m going to tell you about a British socialite. Now, apparently she could hold vital information about the misery inflicted on young victims of Prince Andrew’s pedophile pal, Jeffrey Epstein.

This is from the mirror. Our lawyers want to quiz the woman who was described as a striking tall blonde with a posh accent. Well, that’s not me. It’s definitely not.

Okay. A Sunday mirror probe can reveal flight log shade. She traveled on it. Epstein’s private plane. I’m not even going to say that name. They give that flight. I’m sick of that. I’m just going to call it Epstein’s private plane. Now the woman and we believe her name was Claire Hazell.

And she said that Claire Hazell allegedly acted as her minder while at the property. Now she’s now married to an English aristocrat and their mansion was okay, wait for it. This is another Muriel’s wedding coincidence. Their mansion was used in the movie Eyes Wide Shut.

Oh, that’s funny. And one of our wonderful listeners was watching that on the weekend. What a coincidence. Now her husband is a member of the Guinness brewery clan. So she, her surname now is technically Guinness. So she denies any wrongdoing, but there’s an attorney.

Josh Schiller said, he’s contacted the woman at her home and they’ve asked to interview her. So Josh Sheila represents Virginia Giuffre Roberts.

It’ll be interesting to see if she knows anything, but she was a regular on the high class London social scene.

She was seen at Epstein site at Zorro, her name’s on the flight manifests.

And throughout there was saying she was staying in the bunk house at Zorro ranch. And there’s no suggestion she took part in any physical abuse of victims, but she flew to New Mexico at least five times. Whoa. Once from Palm beach, Florida, where Epstein had his 10 million pound home.

Well hopefully she will do the right thing, human up, as we say, and go and answer and give forward any information she has to help these survivors. Oh exactly. Because it’s been such a long way, but time people may be more willing to talk as time has passed.

So it will be interesting to see what happens. And she’s in a position of privilege where she will be listened to more than a commoner. So she should. Yeah, definitely because she’s friends with Ghislaine.

She probably knew Prince Andrew, for sure. You know? So her husband would. Yeah, definitely. So it’ll be interesting to see what goes on from there. I just wanted to quickly mention that there’s a biography coming out and it’s called The Making of Prince charmless. Who could that be? Jenny?
