Mrs Groff was celebrating her birthday at her home in Connecticut just weeks before the upcoming Ghislaine Maxwell trial.
Her lawyer is telling media his client has nothing to worry about when it comes to prosecution and she is all smiles in this photo.
But we can’t show you the picture because even though it was on a public Facebook page, her crisis communications team asked the image be removed, one week before the Maxwell trial.
Late last year, her lawyers told Page Six they were told no criminal charges will be brought against Lesley Groff, spokeswoman Kelcey Kintner said.

According to county records, Groff transferred two properties into her husband’s name in December 2019 and March 2020.

She continues to deny all wrongdoing. A survivor dropped a civil case against her in 2020 so she could access the Epstein compensation fund.
In a press release, Groff’s lawyer Michael Bachmer said: “As part of Epstein’s professional office staff, Groff never witnessed anything improper or illegal.
“Lesley has always maintained her innocence. We are not surprised that the civil case has been dropped since Lesley found out about these inexplicable crimes when the rest of the world did. She is truly thankful that this is now behind her.”

Another of her lawyers, Jon Whitcomb added: “at the time of the alleged wrongdoings, Lesley Groff worked exclusively from the Madison Avenue offices, and never stepped foot in Epstein’s personal home.”
