Prince Andrew Sweat: Lawyers for a US woman who is accusing Prince Andrew of sexual assault are seeking proof of his claim he was once unable to sweat.

The royal’s lawyers have objected to a request from accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre that he provide evidence of a wartime “overdose of Adrenalin” which resulted in the medical problem.

“I didn’t sweat at the time because I had suffered what I would describe as an overdose of adrenaline in the Falklands War when I was shot at and I simply…it was almost impossible for me to sweat,” he told the BBC in 2019.

There’s a slight problem with the sweating. I have a peculiar medical condition … I simply — it was almost impossible for me to sweat. And it’s only because I have done a number of things in the recent past that I am starting to be able to do that again. So I’m afraid to say that there’s a medical condition that says that I didn’t do it.”

Ms Roberts Giuffre’s legal team made the request as part of a civil court filing in New York on Friday.

Prince Andrew’s lawyers said he objected to passing on medical information on the grounds that it was harassing and involved and confidential and private information and documents which were irrelevant, immaterial and not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence.

The civil court motion also included requests for details of Prince Andrew’s trips on Epstein’s planes, and communication he had with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

The Royal Sex Scandal: Judge Says No to Prince Andrew

The Prince Andrew sex abuse lawsuit has taken yet another turn after a US district judge rejected Prince Andrew’s request to put proceedings on hold.

The lawsuit was brought by Ms Giuffre, who alleges that she was forced to have sexual relations with Prince Andrew and other high profile individuals while she worked as Epstein’s “teen sex slave.”

Prince Andrew had argued that the lawsuit should be dismissed because the allegations were made in violation of US aw.

However, Judge Lewis Kaplan ruled against the prince and said that he needed to defend himself in court.

The royal denies the allegations and his lawyers wanted to query Ms Roberts Giuffre about where she lived before moving to Australia in order to determine whether the civil suit was admissible.
