Ghislaine Maxwell’s family is in damage control mode. They are wondering how their sister, the socialite daughter of disgraced British media mogul Robert Maxwell, could have been arrested and charged with sex trafficking?
The answer is in her past. It’s a long history of shady business dealings, hiding from the media, posting bail, and rumors.
This episode dives into the details behind Ghislaine’s arrest & her family’s tone deaf defence of their youngest sibling. Her family and friends are campaigning for her release on bail, but it seems like they don’t understand the issues at play
Ghislaine Maxwell’s family is using her wealth and influence to defend her against claims she lured young women into sexual encounters with Epstein. Will this work?

We are close to a time when the world will know what (if anything) Ghislaine Maxwell did. The truth may be ugly and we need to prepare for it.
There are hundreds of hours of video that the prosecution has been able to get its hands on for the Maxwell case, as well as hundreds of super secret photos, possibly of the jailed socialite and others involved with Epstein.
At the same time, the abuse survivors were again let down today by a court in Atlanta. The Epstein non-prosecution deal was not a violation of the victims’ rights, said the court of appeal.
So why does this matter? Because we need answers from those who facilitated these crimes – how did it happen? Who knew? Who was involved? And how do we stop it happening again? This podcast will proceed week-by-week to try to answer our questions.

With regret, the federal appeals court in Atlanta ruled Thursday that one of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims cannot hold prosecutors accountable for a widely condemned non-prosecution agreement they reached with the late billionaire financier in 2007.
By a 7-4 vote, the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals expressed its “profoundest sympathy” for Courtney Wild, who said Epstein sexually abused her in Palm Beach, Florida, when she was 14 years old. Wild is one of more than 30 women who said they were victimized by the notorious sex trafficker who died of an apparent suicide in August 2019.
