There is no evidence the royal engaged in inappropriate behaviour. But he spent time with unsavoury people.
2011: Ilham Aliyev met with Duke of York of the Great Britain, Prince Andrew
Critics are accusing the Azerbaijani government of carrying out a “full-spectrum influence campaign” in the West. This includes lobbying, PR, lavish gifts, and junkets.
The goal of this campaign was to sway Western opinion and it appeared to have worked.
In recent years, the nation enjoyed increasing support from the UK.
According to The Economist, caviar diplomacy diverts “attention abroad from its (a nation’s) human-rights record and discourage the opposition at home”. In the case of Azerbaijan, through lavish extravaganzas and high-end lobbying.”
Why is this relevant? Jeffrey Epstein described Prince Andrew as a “useful idiot.”
The royal linked him up with contacts who wanted deals in obscure countries, according to biographer Tina Brown.
Epstein would fly Prince Andrew to meet governments who could not refuse to see him because he was a royal. The now-dead pedophile would come with him as an ‘investment adviser’ to His Royal Highness.
During his time as UK special representative, Prince Andrew helped negotiate several energy deals, according to The Economist.
In 2017, Britain was the largest investor in Azerbaijan, mainly through BP oil and companies related to resources.
As well, the UK has invested about 20 billion pounds in the country.
According to The Daily Mail: “In Azerbaijan, Prince Andrew is routinely described as a ‘dear guest’ by the leader of a country that ranks as one of the most corrupt in the world on the Transparency Index.
President Ilham Aliyev took the royal to his spa, which employed the blind masseur, described as the best in the world.
Andrew was on a private three-day visit ‘with an element of work’. But he had previously established a wealth of contacts while promoting British business interests in his envoy role.
Prince Andrew was in 2014 censured for sneaking off twice to Azerbaijan.
Moreover, the Duke of York flew by private jet to meet President Aliyev. The royal stayed in the capital, Baku, during one ‘private’ trip.
Its spokesman, Emma Hughes, accused the prince of having a ‘cosy relationship’ with the President.
The Duke of York had also summoned Britain’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan for a meeting at Buckingham Palace.
Prince Andrew made eight visits to Azerbaijan in six years. Two were private, arousing suspicions he has business interests there, including a golf complex. There was a total of 12 jaunts to Baku.
The business claims have been vigorously denied by Buckingham Palace. Categorically. Vehemently. Absolutely denied.
The donor, Soheil Dadfar, was thanked on the menu. It just happened to drop into the hands of The Daily Mail.
So what does the President of Azerbaijan want from his caviar diplomacy? Well one thing you can do is launder money overseas.
According to a report from the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project, the regime parked money in London. The President and two daughters — Leyla and Arzu — own a penthouse in London worth $26 million.
Finally, Prince Andrew is friends with Layla.
In 2021, The Guardian reported The Queen’s estate launched a review into a £67m London property, bought from the family.
The Pandora papers revealed a network of offshore companies linked to Aliyev and associates. They traded £400m of UK property over 15 years.
Properties include a London mansion worth $25 million, a flat near Hyde Park worth $8 million, nine waterfront mansions in Dubai valued at $44 million, a dacha near Moscow worth $37 million, and a villa in the Czech spa town of Karlovy Vary worth $ 1.1 million.

Prince Andrew seized his role as UK Special Ambassador for Trade and Investment and headed to some of the world’s most repressive regimes, such as Saudi Arabia, Russia and Kazakhstan.
In 2008, The Times wrote: “The two men (The Prince and Nazarbayev) are old acquaintances with a warm relationship, thanks in part to the many lucrative ones deals that have been cemented between British and Kazakh companies as a result of their joint efforts.
Prince Andrew sold his unwanted marital mansion for £3million above the sale price to a relative of the Kazack dictator. This deal was facilitated by an oil oligarch Ms Goga Ashkenazi, the former lover of the president’s son-in-law, who bought the derelict property.

The nation this year exploded into unrest in a series of incidents known as Bloody January.
The trouble was partly ignited by economic inequality. But it was believed to have been escalated by the Kazakhstan government troops and Russian forces.
But just seven years ago, the Royals rolled out the red carpet for then-President Nursultan Nazarbayev..

According to The Times: “Andrew’s dealings with the oil and gas-rich former Soviet republic have multiplied in recent years. Since 2003 he has paid three social visits to the country.”
The East Asian nation’s tentacles are now deep inside the United Kingdom’s trade system. The Prince was also, until recently, the Honorary Patron of the British Kaazch Society.
The royal repeatedly visited Kazakhstan for his own reasons, too. He was there on another “private” visit in 2008, according to his spokesman.
For this reason, it is an understatement to say the Prince’s ties in the nation are deep and substantial, as this excerpt demonstrates:

The ex-President’s family is blamed for “philphering the nation’s wealth.”
The average monthly salary in Kazakhstan is less than £450, while according to a 2019 report by KPMG, 162 people in the country own more than 50% of its wealth. “Much of the elite property is in the hands of Nazarbayev’s extended family, and they are estimated to own at least £530m of luxury property in the UK,” according to a report by Chatham House.
In 2016, UK politicians were calling for a probe “into Prince Andrew’s business deals in Kazakhstan” after The Daily Mail obtained a set of leaked emails and reported on how the Duke of York “was allegedly conducting business with Kazakhstan’s elite while acting as roving trade ambassador for the UK”.
The Royal opened social doors for a mysterious Kazak woman, Goga Ashkenazi, the daughter of a former Russian Communist official.
He also developed relations with other politicians and was present in London to help the Queen acknowledge £3billion in UK/Kazakhstan deals.
Latest Prince Andrew News. In 2016, it was revealed the Duke of York’s office urged crown estate to sell a London house to the tycoon who bought Andrew’s house for £3m over asking price. The office tried to secure a crown estate property near Kensington Palace.
The Queen rolled out the red carpet in London for the dictator. The Express was told in 2015, that President Nazarbayev had completed 40 trade deals with British firms.
The recent global crackdown on oligarchs brings to attention the opaque nature of the Royal’s Sunninghill real estate transaction.
At one event in London in 2015, official Kazack news source reported: “The Duke of York also placed a special emphasis on the importance of human contacts and ‘folk diplomacy’ to support friendship and mutual understanding between the two countries.”
Prince Andrew is no longer honorary patron of The British-Kazach Society due to the Epstein scandal. Ouch!
One official visit (see below) happened in 2006. There was another in 2010.
Part Two: Prince Andrew’s Crush & the Social Passport Which Helped the Oligarch to Crack London Society
What We’ve Found:
Prince Andrew’s friendship delivered a nod of approval to a Kazakh woman, now one of the richest in the world.
The woman, named Goga Ashkenazi , was educated in Russia and the UK. She went from being the daughter of an agricultural engineer, turned Communist Party official, to owning an oil and gas plant in her country of her birth, and later a Parisian fashion line.
While there is no evidence of impropriety on her behalf, her stratospheric climb into the upper echelons of UK and European society is meteoric.
In fact, she was so close to Prince Andrew she attempted to defend him when news broke of the Epstein scandal. At the same time, she confirmed his meeting with Virginia Roberts Giufree.
In the halls of power, there’s hardline politics at play, as well as soft, or influence, tactics. Both tactics yield results.
In 2011, Ms Ashkenazi seemed in the know about Virginia Roberts Giufree, according to a report in The Sydney Morning Herald:
Kazakh-born Miss Ashkenazi, who attended Oxford and now lives in London, gave an insight into the Duke’s own feelings about his predicament, saying: “He knows it was unwise to fraternise with this Epstein character and it was silly to be photographed with his arm around Epstein’s masseuse. “But I know Andrew as a lovely, lovely man; kind-hearted, impeccably behaved and honourable, and I’m quite sure that at the time he had no idea that she was under age or anything more than a masseuse to Epstein.”

Prince Andrew was the guest of honour at his friend’s lavish 30th birthday party. The dress code for the 2011 event was “sexy and fabulous.” In 2010, she attended the Royal’s 50th birthday celebrations, according to Vanity Fair.
Commenting in 2011, columnist David Aaronovitch said of Ms Ashkenazi: “She is part of that odd, cosmopolitan group of oligarchs, presidents, dictators’ kids and playboy financiers on to whose yachts or into whose ranches the prudent should never venture.”

According to FT.com: “Ashkenazi was born Gaukhar Berkalieva in Kazakhstan in 1980 but grew up in an apartment building for senior communist officials in Moscow. Her father was an engineer who sat in the Soviet party’s Central Committee under Mikhail Gorbachev. “To be completely honest with you, yes, I lived in privilege.”… She was 11 when the Soviet Union dissolved. However, her parents, like most senior communist officials, didn’t exactly plunge into poverty.”
In an article now featured in The Cut, she told a reporter: “In 1991, my father was able to use his connections to privatize a factory in Kazakhstan, so suddenly we were wealthy. Within a year, my mother sat me down and said, ‘The world has changed. We’re in a position to give you the best education in the world. You’re going to be competing with the most privileged children in the world.’

The reaction was explosive.
One reader responded: “Why spotlight this heinous person? And why is it so poorly written such that you can’t tell whether (writer) Konigsberg is trolling us, or trolling ‘Goga’? Another says: “So many things happening in the world, even in the fashion world, and NY Mag decides to glamorize an oligarch. Wow. 1% dreck.”
Later, she told how she: “partnered with her family in Kazakhstan to start MuniaGaz Engineering Group, which builds compressor stations for oil and gas pipelines and made her rich almost overnight.”
As one does.
She is now Chairwoman and Creative Director of the 100-year-old fashion label Vionnet, Ms Ashkenazi possesses a degree in Modern History and Economics from Oxford University & has taken fashion courses at Moscow State University of Design and Technology.

So how did she meet the Duke of York?
According to The Sun, the Royal and “the glamorous English-educated Kazakh socialite and businesswoman, reportedly enchanted the embattled Duke from the moment they met at a 2001 New Year’s Eve party in Phuket, Thailand.”
Who else did Prince Andrew spend that 2001 new year with in Asia?
Notably, Epstein and the duke were also photographed on a yacht during the trip with a group semi-naked females.
She insists they were just friends. But reports say the Duke was “besotted” with the then-20-year-old Goga.

Ms Ashenazi has skills in relationship management. Especially when it concerns a very specific property, outside of London.
That land being the £15million plot which belonged to Prince Andrew.
Timur Kulibayev, the billionaire son-in-law of Kazakhstan’s former president is the owner.
He paid £3million above the asking price for Prince Andrew’s long-unsold mansion Sunninghill Park. Ms Ashkenazi was the billionaire’s mistress at the time and is the mother of one of his children.
Fundamentally, Kulibayev owns 90percent of his country’s oil reserves.
Of the property transaction, a spokesman for the buyer told FT.com: “Kulibayev’s former partner Goga told me later. “I introduced them, so what? I’m not a real estate agent.”
For years, Prince Andrew’s business activities have been under the microscope. But the palace is never been transparent about the details.

Back in Prince Andrew’s bachelor days in the early and mid-2000s, the oligarch was soon his platonic plus-one.
At the time, he was roving UK trade ambassador and forging relationships with Middle East and Eurasian political regimes. And also with a billionaire in New York who had a mansion that “was a convenient place to stay”.
The United Kingdom does not hide its links with the dictator nation. In 2015, the two countries inked billions of pounds in commercial contracts in a variety of industries.
It was lauded in the national newspaper/ propaganda post.

Ghislaine Maxwell New Trial: we report on another knock back for the Metropolitan Detention Centre’s most high-profile inmate.
A judge in New York City last week refused Ghislaine Maxwell’s request for a new trial.
And what does any of this have to do with Netflix fraudster Anna Delvey? Who else is intervening in this case? We will tell all.
But the court may examine Maxwell juror 50’s statements made to a writer and several news outlets. He also lodged a document as well to intervene into this case.
This Epstein case is not over yet. There are multiple civil actions underway.
I’m still going to include the earlier documents that I wrap up in my documents. I will chat later on in this episode.
But these are the new ones that have dropped since we recorded yesterday.
So overnight documents from 609 through to 6 17 dropped.
I don’t think Ghislaine is going to be too happy.
Neither is Juror 50 so let’s have a look at these.
Ghislaine Maxwell New Trial: request denied.
Now the main document in this is document 610 which is an order from Alison J. Nathan, the judge and it reads:
“On January 19th 2022 the defendant filed a motion for a new trial pursuant to federal rule of Criminal Procedure 33.
On the basis that Juror 50 falsely answered a material question during voir dire and that had he answered truthfully, he would have been subject to a challenge for cause.
The defendant contends that the current paper records sufficiently supports her motion and should be granted without a hearing.
In the alternative, she requests that a hearing be conducted. She also argues that if a hearing is ordered, a broader hearing is required based on a news article that suggests a second juror was allegedly a victim of sexual abuse.”

In an opinion and order filed under temporary seal, the court denies the defendant’s motion for a new trial on the current record.
As explained in the temp sealed opinion and order:
Defendant’s motion on the current record relies extensively on statements made by Juror 50 regarding what occurred during jury deliberations that the court is prohibited from considering under federal rule of evidence 66 with regards to euro 50 statements that do not pertain to jury deliberations.
In order to resolve the motion on this record, the court would have to accept unsworn statements made to a media outlet as true and reach factual determinations that are not available on the current record.
Accordingly, for the reasons fully explained in the opinion and order,
a hearing is necessary to resolve the defendant’s motion because of the important interest in the finality of the judgments.
The standard for obtaining a post verdict hearing is high, the court concludes.
And the government concedes that the demanding standard for holding a post verdict evidentiary hearing is met.
As to whether Juror 50 failed to respond truthfully during the jury selection process to whether he was a victim of sexual abuse following trial,
Juror 50 made several direct, unambiguous statements to multiple media outlets about his own experience that do not pertain to jury deliberations and that cast doubt on the accuracy of his responses during jury selection during the fifties.

Post trial statements are clear, strong, substantial and incontrovertible evidence that a specific non speculative impropriety, namely a false statement during jury selection has occurred.
To be clear, the potential impropriety is not that someone with a history of sexual abuse may have served on the jury.
Rather, it is the potential failure to respond truthfully to questions during the jury selection process that asked for material information so that any potential bias could be explored.
In contrast, the demanding standard for ordering an evidentiary hearing is not met as to the conduct of any other juror.
It sats:: ”The court denies the request to conduct a hearing with respect to the other Juries.
The court also denies the defendant’s request for a broader hearing and pre hearing discovery
(It) therefore orders that are hearing take place at which the court will question Juror 50 under oath.”
As well, the court further orders the jury fifties questionnaire be unsealed for the reasons explained in the opinion and order.
The court will email council for Juror 50 a copy of his questionnaire and a copy of this order.
The hearing will take place on March at 10 AM The court orders Juror 50 to appear in the courtroom,
906 of the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, New York. So that’s the main gist of documents.
Now I was listening to a podcast by Nancy Grace quite a while ago, and somebody mentioned on that that the questionnaire was, Are you a victim of sexual abuse?
There are some survivors who do not believe that they can call themselves victims because there has never been a guilty verdict.
Sometimes that’s because charges were never laid.
Pure speculation that maybe he falls into that category,
I’m not sure.
So that was documents 6 10, which basically said: ”No, Ghislaine, you don’t get a retrial on this.”
There will be a hearing with Jury 50 under oath to determine what he got up to now.
He also lodged a document document 609.
It was a memorandum of law in support of motion to intervene and for release of seal jury questionnaire and transcripts on behalf of proposed Intervenor Juror number 50.

If you’ve been watching any TV lately, you know would be the attorney for Anna, for Anna the main character.
And it’s a true life story in inventing Anna, where this young Russian born woman ripped people out of heaps of money.
Now following on From that is documents 68, which is Scotty Juror fifty notice of motion to intervene and for the release of the documents.
So they go into more detail, which will happen.
He will get everything as the judge has ordered a hearing on March eight.
Now one of the other documents that was released overnight is a 66 page missive, and it was the previously sealed Ghislaine Maxwell motion for a new trial.
And it’s all about Juror 50 another jurors.
It just goes on and on.
I’m going to read it more closely later, and it’s mainly about Juror 50.
So there we go.
The argument that Ghislaine Maxwell was basing her demand for a retrial was all about Juror 50.
Now there’s been one or two people popping up saying,
Oh, it’s got nothing to do with Juror 50. It has So there we go anyway.

You have lots of documents.
There’s been a lot of documents drop.
There’s two rather hysterically funny ones.
Pretty sick ones, actually in the Prince Andrew case, but they’re from interlopers,
I talk about those.
And then there’s the Civil Defamation case that Virginia Giuffre has brought against Professor Alan Dershowitz, you know, Epstein’s long term lawyer and lawyer for the stars like O.J
Simpson and Trump and nude volleyballer.
We can’t forget that he’s dragging the chain in the production of documents from other court cases he’s involved in, which includes Netflix because of that series.
Yeah, it’s quite interesting, but we’ve also got information on Courtney Wild’s lawsuit.
That’s right. So Courtney Wild.
She is one of the Epstein whistleblowers who was assaulted by Epstein, and she’s been taking action in the courts to try and assert the rights of the young victims who were basically misled or not told about Epstein’s Florida plea deal.
You may remember last year Alan Dershowitz professor Harvard he got on the BBC went on a massive rant.
It was supposed to be about the Ghislaine Maxwell verdict, but he turned it into something else.
Well, now ITV did a piece about Virginia’s settlement with Prince Andrew.
And while it’s not dash on the camera,there are some strong links and conflicts of interest with who ITV used for one of their interviews.
And then, of course,you just found something on Jes Staley.
Ghislaine Maxwell New Trial
Yes, so he was the bigwig at Barclays Bank who had a very significant association with Epstein.
And when I say that if you search through the Internet, you’ll see that they exchanged so many emails between the two of them,
Well, he stood down from Barclays,and now the bank is considering withholding millions of dollars in bonuses that he was entitled to under his contract.
Now he also went in holidayed a lot with Epstein, too.
All those people messaging me and Lisa telling us that the deep state have knocked him off so he can’t name names.
No, he’s suicided.
So we’re going to deal in facts here, not conspiracy theories.
But the most important thing here,Jen, I think, is how John Luc Brunel lived.
His life matters as much as how he died and survivors first, always so that is a North Star for our podcast.
So we consider what he allegedly did to those women.
He was arrested on December 16, 2000 and 20 at Charles de Gaulle airport trying to flee to Senegal, and since then he’s been held in the historic jail La Santa Prison.
Now it’s his jail was very, very old.
So a lot of people have been sending messages and those crazy conspiracy saying,
Oh, they turned off the cameras.
The cameras were broken.
I spoke to someone whose work has taken them into the prison system in Australia, asking a cameras everywhere.
Does this happen all around the world?
Or is this mainly a US centric thing?
And his response was depending on the age of the facility.
And as he said, a lot of places just don’t retrofit.
So there may not have been cameras.
We haven’t had a definite yes or definite know about whether or not he was housed in a unit or a room or award with a camera or not.
So everyone carrying on they turned off the cameras and killed him.
Listen, we’re dealing with the facts, yes.
Ghislaine Maxwell New Trial
So the French model agent allegedly linked to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell was found dead in his prison cell from suicide.
According to French prosecutors and his own lawyers,
Brunel was in detention awaiting trial on charges including rape of a minor and sexual harassment.
Now, a lawyer for the Brunel survivors told The Guardian her name is Ann Claire Lejeune.
The news was quite terrible for them,adding they felt Brunel had quote left behind many secrets.
She noted the women’s quote, ”frustration and bitterness over not being able to obtain justice justice for the victims of Epstein because it had taken so much courage for them to be able to speak up and to be heard by the police.”
Now, Jen, did you know that he died on the same day as Prince Andrew’s 62nd birthday?
I doubt Jean Luc Brunel Hood that in his calendar.
No, I don’t I think it was a complete coincidence now.
Brunel’s lawyers suggested on Saturday that he killed himself.
In a statement, they described his distress at his incarceration and his repeated requests for our provisional release from the prison because he’s not a flight risk at all.
Jean Luc Brunel never stopped declaring his innocence.
They said his decision was not guided by guilt,but by a deep sentiment of injustice.
No, it was driven by his ego, this man just lying.
Epstein did atrocious acts and thought he could do it.
Thought he had the right to do it.
The last thing this old man wanted, just like Epstein was to have to sit in a court and be judged and told that they were guilty.
Their egos wouldn’t allow it.
Now, speaking of bail, one of the reasons why he wasn’t granted bail was Virginia Giuffre, who, you may know was suing Prince Andrew.
This is her statement.
The suicide of John Luc Brunel, who abused me and countless girls and young women, ends another chapter. I’m disappointed.
I wasn’t able to face him in a final trial to hold him accountable, but gratified that I was able to testify in person last year to keep him in prison.
So one of the survivors, Thysia Huisman, said:
“I’m in shock and it feels disappointing.
This is a completely different ending without any real justice for his victims now.”
It wasn’t just in Paris.
He was in trouble, not just the French legal system.
The Virgin Islands subpoenaed him on November 4th, 2020, so a couple of weeks before he tried to flee Paris.
So this was also weighing on his mind.
Now that subpoena lists a huge lot of demands for information for the Virgin Islands.
They want all documents relating to Epstein and Redacted name, redacted name, redacted name and redacted.
Name any and or financial transactions between Epstein and any Epstein entities.
Any and your travel to the Virgin Islands for any female that you or any modelling talent agency you were involved in organised details on his own travel to and from the Virgin Islands from the year 2000 onwards,
all communications with Epstein and any and all Epstein entities.
All agreements with Epstein or entities.
Identify any and all properties owned or used by yourself or your businesses.
That’s a big one because his house was raided the same day,

13 is recruitment of all models. All information and documents regarding that 14 or financial transactions to models or talent agencies.

A copy of any legal complaints newspapers or other media, such as articles that refer to any complaints of abuse filed against you by any individual, including females employed by you or one of your agents 16 legal matters regarding Jeffrey Epstein or his entities that if he had any communications about those complaints,
He had to hand them over and any immigration or visa documentation or communication in regards to the models or females.
So that was a huge, massive subpoena that hit his inbox.
And then a few weeks later, he’s trying to flee Paris to go to Senegal, where he couldn’t be touched by anybody.
So he had more than just the Paris arrest on his mind when he’s suicide.

Yes, because authorities did allege Brunel organised the transport and accommodation of young girls and women on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein.
And, as we know, Epstein had a financial stake in Brunell’s model agency, called EMC Squared.
I went through the Internet archive, and I found an interesting story from the Miami Herald and it is mentioning Virginia Giuffre a saying quote.
Convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell now lives in a jail cell, but her estranged husband is now selling their marital abode near Boston.
Scott Borgerson is listing for sale the former love nest at Manchester-By-The-Sea at more than $7million.
“She was here years ago, but actually left when this thing started to rear its ugly head — her situation from conduct decades ago,” Borgeson told The Wall Street Journal of Maxwell.
The Metropolitan Detention Center is a long way from the grand mansions 60-year-old Maxwell has previously called home.

Headington Hill Hall: “The Best Council House in the Country”
Ghislaine’s fraudster father Robert Maxwell leased the building from Oxford Council for 32 years, for use as a residence and offices. He described it as the “best council house in the country.”
She lived there from about approximately 1992 until she later moved in 2000 to her own house nearby at 116 East 65th Street.

This house previously belonged to Lyn Forrester de Rothschild, who was the person who introduced Epstein to lawyer Alan Dershowitz. (Well that’s what Dersh told the Epstein Netflix documentary.)
Maxwell bought the home in 2000 for just under $million and sold it in around 2015 for $17million.
Maxwell really went to town here with her interesting decor choices.
The Beaux Arts-style property, which dates back to 1910 and is located between Park and Lexington Aves., has 12 rooms, including six bedrooms, nine wood-burning fireplaces, an elevator, a media room and library with a built-in projector and surround sound, a home office, a chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, and a landscaped garden.

Her UK base was in one of the best spots in London, in Belgravia. It’s also across the road from a pub and walking distance to Hyde Park.
This was the residence where Virginia Roberts Giufree said she was assaulted by Prince Andrew on March 10, 2001.
Maxwell sold it recently to pay her legal fees. A UK property developer bought it at a discount at for £1.75million.

This is a story we were told by the comic Tom Arnold. According to him, Maxwell briefly lived in the penthouse once owned by Rupert Murdoch (she was there for possibly days in 2011).
Here’s where the story gets depressing. It turns out Waitt bought the property for his girlfriend?and the couple broke up one week after closing. While we would’ve hung onto the apartment, Waitt apparently felt differently. He’s found a buyer, according to the Observer.
The local disputes flared into legal action in 2020, which was also not Maxwell’s best year.
Because she was arrested.
Maxwell and Borgerson renovated the property and he said the work was at a cost of $2.5million.

Ms Giuffre said the prince forced her to have sex with him at the London home of Ghislaine Maxwell, a British socialite and longtime associate of Jeffrey Epstein. Prince Andrew made no admissions if assault in the statement.
According to ABC News Australia: “In a joint statement filed in court, lawyers for Prince Andrew and Ms Giuffre did not disclose the sum of Prince Andrew’s payment, but said the duke would make a “substantial donation” to Ms Giuffre’s charity in support of victims’ rights.

So that means it comes from her team and also Prince Andrew’s team.

And I think it was debated well into the night because there was a story running yesterday from Andrew ‘s Camp that was saying the photo that most of you have seen of Prince Andrew and Virginia, and a certain ghoul looking over their shoulder, otherwise known as Ghislaine Maxwell.
They were saying that they had evidence in an expert to prove that the photo was fake.
But why settle Jen?
He could have said: “No, I’m not going to be part of this civil case” and ignored everything, They could have had a settlement judgement placed against him.
Virginia could not compel Prince Andrew to actually cooperate with the case. She’d still get a judgement and a settlement awarded to her.
But it’s quite obvious that this settlement has come from Andrew’s Camp.
Most definitely it does, and there is talk that the queen’s got her jubilee as the longest running monarch.
You know how I feel about these things, Jen, but they wanted to make sure that the controversy was gone before that. They’ve also used this whole jubilee as a bit of an intimidation tactic against Virginia as well.
Yes, some people can’t seem to understand, possibly because within their own communities there is no royal family.

At least it will be from her own incredibly large private fortune and not taxpayer’s money.

So there is that statement there. But as you said, Jen, it’s not over line just yet. No, it’s not.
This is from Lewis Kaplan, the judge in the case, the joint application to suspend all deadlines and hold the action in abeyance, which means stop It is granted to the extent that deadlines are suspended and the action will be held in abeyance to and including March 17th 2022.
In the event, the stipulation of dismissal is not filed by then. It remains entirely possible that this action will be set for trial when previously indicated.

Yes, her lawyers are as well, but I think it’s important to note that it will be going to a sex trafficking charity, and these charities have so many checks and balances in them, so especially if she sets it up in Australia.
Having been on the board of directors of a charity, we could not get registration in our state Jen because we had two sisters on our board. They are very, very careful.

I was involved in a case that I can’t talk about. But other than to say I sued an organisation who owed me money, I could have gone to court. But I settled because even in that situation, it was stressful enough.
Jen, you remember it was going on for years. It was ridiculous. They try and wear you down exactly. So that is her choice.
And I think also people have to understand she’s doing what she believes is the best for herself and her family.
She has three little kids, and also on top of that, I don’t think she should give a rat’s what the rest of us think. Survivors. Oh, is nothing? No, absolutely.
It’s like when the Ghislaine Maxwell case was at trial.
People were screaming that Why won’t the government release these photos and sealed documents? We deserve to know.

So I’m just asking that we continue to believe survivors and let’s face an Andrew said he’d never met Virginia. He said that the photo was a photo of a photo of a photo and that his thumbs looked a bit weird in it.And he said he had absolutely no memory of him dancing in an unsweetened fashion.But she said, sweaty at Tramp Nightclub. But now he’s giving her millions of dollars.
He works that out, so it’s going to be an interesting 48 hours as this sort of cycles through, and we’ll see what people find out.
But other journalists and we know you listen, Can I just beg you? You need to read the files, not only what we’re reading that’s on the record now with the court.
But there are other cases Virginia has been involved in because yesterday there was this huge. I suppose final burst from the Andrew Camp about the photo doesn’t even exist. She’s lost it.
If you knew this case like we did, you would know where those photos were. And it wasn’t just one photo. There were a series, and the photos were with Virginia’s nephews in storage boxes.
And then, later on she moved,and she now has them in storage boxes.
So the fact that they disappeared was a for Fijian and the fact that some big name journalists were helping perpetuate that please guys read the files.
Jane Doe versus Epstein is a good one rig depositions that have been released with Ghislaine Maxwell as well. And also Epstein versus Brad Edwards. He’s one of the lawyers, Brad Edwards for the survivors.
That’s very interesting as well. They’re all there, And if you had read them, you would know and be able to spot a dead cat miles away. Now a dead cat is. People are arguing about something.
Say, let’s use the example of Did Andrew go to trap? No, he didn’t. No, he didn’t. He was in Pizza Express. Or was he?

But there are still several actions ongoing, and we’ve got an update. Before we go into the details.
Okay, so the Times of London has published a piece today, saying that there is only a temporary non disclosure part of the settlement between Prince Andrew and Virginia Jew free.
They’re saying this may lapse after the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations now, because Virginia, I don’t know if you recall, actually said that there was no way she was going to be muzzled as a part of this.
And we believe that, yes, she has not signed an NDA, so that means that just where the Royal Jubilee is happening, she’s going to keep quiet.
But the Times went further and said she’s spending this time until she can speak freely writing a book that should be released before Christmas. Good on her.

Well, she’s got a memoir there in case you’re interested in looking. If you Google Virginia Roberts Giuffre a memoir, it’s there. It’s a portion of something she started writing years ago and remember, it’s a fictionalised account.
Exactly. Now I have a question, Jen, who is going to be next? Who’s going to feel the pressure? So it’s going to be interesting when they finally unseal the names that have previously been assigned numbers in the Virginia V. Ghislaine defamation suit.
I spoke about this a couple of weeks ago, there were several and a few.
We worked out where survivors names, especially when they’d stuffed up and not redacted the name completely, as in, one of the names was still in the index silly court reporters.
But there’s one couple that seemed to have lodged their submission to remain under seal together, and they’re in a lot of depositions together. So it’s a married couple in my belief, and I think it might be hard for one of them to remember what is going on in these reductions. Do you think Jen?
I think that’s a very broad hint there, so I can’t wait until these redactions come out and thank you, Jen, for staying on top of all the legal documents.
Who Is Peter Nygard?
And now we need to talk very quickly about Nygard. Peter Nygard, the Canadian finished polyester slash fashion designer. I’m so glad you said polyester there.So Nygard has been fighting for bail again. It was denied a couple of weeks ago, but he’s back in court overnight for me now.
None of the evidence or arguments presented in that recent court appearance for bail can be published due to a standard publication ban.
Nor can any of the complainants be identified. That’s often because the survivors are under age.
I don’t know and cannot confirm whether they are or not under age when the alleged assaults happened. Now he was first arrested in Winnipeg in 2020 under an extradition act after being charged with nine sex related counts in New York.
The Southern District of New York charged him after the FBI raided his Times Square office slash bedroom. So he was in Winnipeg. He got picked up.
He got denied bail for that. Now there’s been extradition hearings and he said, I don’t mind you extradite me But it’s up to the Department of Justice when he goes.
But when he agreed to be extradited, the Toronto police slapped a whole heap of charges on him. Six sexual assaults and three of basically kidnapping holding someone hostage.
So he was denied bail for that as well. Even if he did win the most recent bail attempt, which was on the Toronto charges, he wouldn’t have been released anyway because he lost the bail attempt for extradition.
So we have no idea when he’s going to be extradited to New York to face court there on those indictments or when the Toronto case is going to start.

So hopefully I’ll have some more information after tonight’s hearing.But of course, we all know he’s great mates with Prince Andrew.

That’s right, because Paris is just a hop, skip and a jump and Let’s go to Lunch in Paris from London because Epstein’s butler said that he had served Prince Andrew at the apartment that Epstein had many times many, many times.

Well, I don’t know. Can I remember all the names? I’m having a memory problem.
Jen, Yeah, my memory is going to have to improve. I could have been a doctor if my memory was better. Well, that’s an option.
I think there will be civil cases, but unfortunately, there’s probably been a lot of previous civil cases with very strict NDA signed, so no one knows about them. But there may be more arrests.
Some people say No. I’ve got my eye on three people but I can’t say because I’m probably wrong.
Virginia Giuffre Prince Andrew: Just four days after the Duke of York allegedly assaulted teenager Virginia Roberts, he hosted a dinner at Buckingham Palace for a child protection charity.
Queen Elizabeth’s second son had no qualms hosting the National Society for the Protection of Children (NSPCC) on March 14, 2001.
In addition, the Prince also attended a second event for the child abuse charity in London on March 28, 2001.
Moreover, Prince Andrew was in America frequently; at least four times. Or, including Epstein’s island in the US Virgin Islands, it is five visits during 2001.
Less than a month later after the alleged London assault, he was flying to New York to allegedly see Ms Giuffre and the pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, while undertaking official arrangements.

Our analysis of the royal’s movements comes from the official palace record, known as the court circular. It’s essentially a diary of the Windsor family’s official activities.
The allegations against Prince Andrew first surfaced publicly after Ms Giuffre came forward to the media in 2011.

Easter 2001: Prince Andrew allegedly assaults Ms Giuffre on Epstein’s island in the US Virgin Islands
The Royal has always vehemently denied these allegations.
But Epstein survivor Johanna Sjoberg alleged the Duke of York groped her breast when she was aged 21, as Ms Giuffre, then 17, sat with a puppet of Andrew on her lap in 2001.

And so I sat on Andrew’s lap, I believe of my own volition, and they took the puppet’s hands and put it on Virginia’s breast and so Andrew put his on mine.’
It was all done in ‘a joking manner’. ‘Everybody laughed,’ Miss Sjoberg said. ‘Ghislaine… had a very dirty sense of humour.’
According to her accounts, the prince, while being inappropriately tactile, had not caused offence. She thought him ‘charming’.
The Duke of York says he cannot remember the Virginia Giuffre photograph, being upstairs in Ghislaine Maxwell’s house, or the bar at the London nightspot Tramp.
Moreover, Prince Andrew was in America frequently during that year; at least four times. Or, including Epstein’s island in the US Virgin Islands, it is five visits during 2001.
The prince says he was not close with Epstein, but admits he stayed once in 2010 at the perve’s New York mansion.

“At the time I felt it was the honourable and right thing to do and I admit fully that my judgment was probably coloured by my tendency to be too honourable but that’s just the way it is,” he told the BBC in 2019.
Until recently in court documents, the Prince has been denying he knew Ms Giuffre.
But she is insistent that her allegations are true.
“Twenty years ago, Prince Andrew’s wealth, power, position, and connections enabled him to abuse a frightened, vulnerable child with no one there to protect her. It is long past the time for him to be held to account,” says Virginia Giufree’s Legal Claim.

The mother-of-three says she was trafficked by Epstein and she claims was forced to perform sex acts on his rich and famous friends.
She brought her case against the royal under the Child Victims Act, a state law enacted in New York in 2019 which expanded the statute of limitations in child sex abuse cases.
The Prince was the patron of the NSPCC’s full-stop campaign.
He was pictured at its winter ball in 2002 where the Prince is seen in photos from the evening with former US President Bill Clinton.

The former president and the royal visited Epstein’s Little Saint James Island and appeared on flight logs for the dead billionaire’s planes.
Finally, the Duke of York is no longer associated with the NSPCC, as is the case with alleged Epstein associate Countess Clare Iveagh Guiness, who resigned from her position in 2021.

Well, it does. Which means that whoever’s videoing, this has moved from one location to another. So in other words, I think they were a participant in this.
The video has got a title on it called prob media. Now pro media, I used by international news outlets, intelligence agencies, and corporate and individual clients. Did they hire this guy?
Well, it’s very possible. They did because it’s all the rage in Hollywood.
Angelina Jolie did it years ago with Brad Pitt on a beach. Remember we’re on a beach, everyone and her son.
So that was the first photo of those two to break apparently.The Kardashians are the masters of calling the paparazzi on themselves.
But what I think is happening here too, maybe it’s a deal they did because Scott hates the media.
Maybe he just wanted to get rid of them. And he’s like, okay, we’ll do this for you.

And they set it up. They had some unknown photograph them. And then the next day, film them while they walking down the beach makes sense.
Trouble is all this is going to do is incite the other news organizations to get their own footage.
Um, interestingly, his new girlfriend’s a journalist.
But Scott looks straight at the camera and I’ve been told in my research. That means that it’s a setup. If they’re looking directly at the camera, because otherwise you just go about your business.
Don’t you, Jen? Yeah, you don’t. If I look at someone with a big, huge lens, unless, you know, they’re there for a reason.
And the photos are fascinating that came out of this as well because it’s the two of them embraced. That’s the bit over the top.
Yeah, the hugging and the kissing. And she’s leaning against him while the dogs are running around.
And then they take the dogs into the forest for another walk. Fascinating. I think he’s trying to build a new narrative for himself as well.
He really needs to.
Because he wants to get back into society like the business community. It’s a tough call.

Exactly. Now, for those of you who aren’t across the detail, apparently he broke up with Ghislaine in a heated phone call while she was in prison.
So we don’t know if that truly happened because remember pre-trial services, she said she was divorcing her spouse and we know they hadn’t had contact for at least three months before the FBI went in and arrested her. Exactly.
And why did she go and buy that big house? I think that they were split up full-stop and all they’re in the process of, and that’s why she had to buy the second house.
And then they convinced him to write that wonderful letter recommendation for bail.
As they say, it’s all smoke and mirrors , Jen.
And the reason why I want to talk about this next bit is because I’m sick of the Maxwell family, trying to hijack the narrative.
And there was an ITV documentary this week about Ghislaine, her brother, Ian, who is the public spokesman, cried on television, but a lot of nasty people on Twitter said he was fake crying.
“Damn it damn. I’m just damn angry. I don’t see how anyone, anyone looking at this cannot feel that way. It’s just wrong. I have devoted a lot of my time as of my brothers and sisters to help her. We believe her. We love, and we hope that she will get the justice that she definitely deserves,” he told ITV.
So what do you think Jen is that fake crying or genuine crying?
I think he’s crying for himself or the family name. He doesn’t give a shit about Ghislaine and it’s an act.
This whole thing’s been about them. It’s been about the family’s legacy, which was in the toilet. Anyway. I don’t understand these people. I don’t understand why they get so much media. Imagine how the survivors feel about this.
Especially as there is a guilty verdict.
Yeah. It’s time to go please and no more crying on television or whatever it is. We’re sort of done with that.
Plus you’re carrying on about all you’ve done for Ghislaine. It was your sister, Isabel, who was there every day in the court. How often did you turn up? Did you buy pizza for the media? Like Isabel did. Or take photos of them?
They’re very interesting family. Jen.
